This commission-based role is perfect for those who enjoy connecting with clients, guiding them through the custom sauna experience, and sharing the benefits of our unique builds.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with potential clients to understand their needs, presenting our products and services effectively.
• Educate clients about the health benefits and craftsmanship behind our custom-built saunas.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to completed project.

Requirements:

• Basic sales skills; experience in direct sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of saunas and wellness is beneficial, though not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; self-motivated and goal-oriented.

2. Sauna Builders (Hourly Pay Based on Experience)

If you’re a skilled tradesperson who values quality and detail, our Sauna Builder role might be the perfect fit. We’re looking for individuals experienced in framing and trim work who are excited to work with high-quality materials and create beautiful, custom saunas.

Responsibilities:

• Construct custom saunas on-site, following detailed blueprints and ensuring exceptional quality in framing and trim work.
• Install electrical components as needed, working alongside licensed electricians when necessary.
• Collaborate with the design team to achieve each client’s unique vision.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in framing and trim work; strong attention to detail.
• Electrical knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Reliability, craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality.
